I assume you're referring to the rest of the statement I quoted of hers that mentions Foster:
"Hunter knew all the evidence. He was shown reports from 'bought report writers' who would never be used in court. He saw Foster's garbage brought in knowing he would be discredited the hour after he testified in real court. He KNEW that in a real trial jurors would have known about the DNA evidence, that the handwriting was not a match."

I'd assume that she's referring to Kane bringing up what Foster said, not that Foster testified. s-ramsey-grand-jury.htm
Foster volunteered his 'expertise' , did not testify before grand jury nor did Susan Bennett.
Grand jury heard from a fair amount of Ramsey supporters.
Lin Wood had absolute and total confidence in Lacys integrity...
And in Mark Beckner's.
“So I know what Chief Beckner has said publicly in recent months, I know what … former District Attorney Mary Lacy has said, and until someone impugns her integrity, or contradicts former Chief Beckner’s statement, I continue to believe, as I have said before, that this is a DNA case and that the best chance for solving the case will be a hit and match on the DNA in the future. I hope that day comes.” -Wood, from the above link

What does Beckners opinion on the DNA have to do with Lin Wood threats of law suit against the DAs office on exoneration?
