The notorious guy who beheaded a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus.

Supposedly he is trusted nowadays to take his own medication forever.

While i'm totally opposed to this decision i think the guy should be in a mental institution for the rest of his life, i'm also opposed to painting all Canadians in a negative way due to the outcome of one court case as it seems the comments after the story seems to be taking Canada as a whole to task for this court action..

Well they must have decided he did society a favour by doing this?

I cant understand why he would be pardoned otherwise!

It was claimed that he chowed down on his victim. So, I hope he has also become a vegetarian.
