Anyone watch repeats of this? It's really excellent. Wonder why someone hasn't followed the same format and re-made it? It was on quite a few years till his death.

I just discovered them and watch about two of them a week.

I agree, they are good shows!

I never saw the TV series, but remember that his daughter Dominique was murdered by her former boyfriend when she was in her early 20s. (Dominique Dunne was best known for her acting role in "Poltergeist.") He was an incredible writer. and one can imagine that he had a strong personal interest in this crime series.

Yes I watch it every week, it's one of many other crime series seen on the Justice TV network.
We get the Dunne's episodes after midnight.

This was a "must see" for me back in it's day. One of the best True Crime shows, IMO. I think I've seen every episode. So sorry when he passed away, it meant the ending of the show. Loved the "style" of it.

They're very well done. Yes, his daughter was murdered at the hands of her former boyfriend. She was so young and very talented. What a tragedy.

For me, one of the most memorable memories of the OJ trial was the look on Mr. Dunne's face when the verdict was "not guilty". He was in total and complete shock. He sat with Ron's family throughout the trial.

Yes, I remember Mr. Dunne's reaction as well...he also saw his friend Sunny Von Bulow denied justice too...very good series...

I've seen the series a few times, but I've read nearly all of the Dominick Dunne's books. He was an excellent writer.

I loved that show God rest his soul and that of his daughter . Griffin dunne the actor is his son . I read his book and yes I do think he was very saddened at the fact that sunny von bulow did not receive justice . I hope they are all together in heaven now and resting peacefully .
