I understand what you mean by that. he had everyone on edge, but after all the facts came out about what dahmer was doing, I am sure people were quite freaked out. drilling holes in peoples head and filling their brains with acid to create zombies. talk about messed up.

We have a pretty bad guy in Canada too....Robert "Willie" Pickton, a pig farmer who killed up to 54 prostitutes, put their bodies through a wood chipper and fed them to his pigs.
Many of these hogs were made into sausage and sold to the public.
What's that one guy that kept jumping from El Paso and Ciudad Juarez and is believed to have committed many murders, especially in Mexico?! Not even sure they even caught the person.
I think that it is only the method which separates the black and white serial killers. blacks are fine with a simple gunshot usually, whites usually engage in necrophilia and cannibalism.

What is really unbelivable about him is the fact that Canada only allows a maximum term of 25 years no matter how many people you kill. The fact that he will be out on the streets in 20 years is what ought to scare you.
