also, there is no way Henry Lucas and Otis Toole killed nearly as many people as they liked to have claimed. They were both borderline retarded and they were basically questioned about a number of unsolved homicides they confessed to simply to up the professed body count.
Thre are so many who deserve this title but in my opinion it's Jeffrey Dahmer. The things he did to his victims is horrific. The wages of sin is death and that's exactly what he got.
Former EPA administrator William Ruckleshaus. Google this SOB and see how many he killed. Millions and millions died at his hand. File a FOIA request and see what you get. Nothing! They knew millions would die, and proceeded anyway. Talk about a sick, murdering, SOB.
rader was bad because of the whole BTK thing. any time you torture someone, it's disturbing, but some of the crap about dahmer goes beyond disturbing. although, he only strangled people, but it was after it was a corpse when he did the really crazy crap.
But Dahmer would drill into the mens heads while they were still ivign to make them sex zombies...he was a bad one.
I voted for Dahmer for the obvious that he ate the men he murdered.
But another one for the list should be Richard Ramirez\ The Night Stalker who murdered 23 people by merely breaking into houses at night to torture\ rape & murder in the name of Satan.
It is my opinion that there are, at any given time, several of them out there who will never be causht, and their victims haven't even been linked to each other, so there is no suspicion that there even is a serial killer. Not everybody in the world is stupid. Some get away with it.
If you look at federal crime statistics, there is a very telling category: Relationship of perpetrator to victim. More than 30% are "unknown". There is only on way this factor can be unknown---the killer is unknown. One third of KNOWN homicides remain unsolved forever, and that doesn't even count the homicides are listed as suicide, accident, natural causes, or simply missing persons. It would be really interesting to know how many social security numbers have been issued to people who would now be over 100 year old, who are simply unaccounted for.
