Three people have commited suicide so far though, las vegas, due Bernie Madoff's crimes. Foxton, Villehuchet, Schnor.
Does that count as murder?

Okay, so he's guilty.
150 years? He's 70..
What they need to do is seize all his assets and try to pay back some people. His family should NOT BE living high on the hog while he is in jail.
He's the lowest form of criminal. Let him meet Bubba in some southern jail...

That does not count as murder. They killed themselves, Bernie did not do it. I probably think a little different than most people on Bernie Madoff. First off, I will say that Bernie Madoff did wrong. The problem I have is the people who lost everything did not follow the golden rule of investing. DO NOT PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET!!! The people who are crying that they invested all their money with Bernie only have themselves to blame. All investments are risky and people have to realize this. I am watching the news and I am glad Bernie's bail was revoked. He deserves life in prison IMO. This still does not excuse the stupidity of a lot of his investors.

Bubba is not interested in someone like Bernie. Trust me, I have been in jail multiple times and I was never bothered in that way. Young, skinny femine guys are what they want. He does not fit that bill. |
