Bernard Madoff is expected to plead guilty to all 11 criminal charges at his plea proceeding scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, according to the U.S Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, handling his trial. A plea arrangement has not been reached and therefore none of the charges Madoff faces will be waived.

YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!
I wonder if they'll see much more than a fraction of that $170.8B.

I really think that is what he wants to do to protect others. That way he doesn't have to talk to investigators.

Wait till he gets to jail, then he'll understand what insider trading is all about.

No its reported that there is no plea bargain ;he just intends to plead guilty before the judge. Thus he has no agreement to co-operate with the investigators. Its anyone guess what the judge will sentence him to.Who knows looking at the guys age what health problems he has and how long he will live. From what I gather he has said he did evrything and no one else is involved in criminal wrong doing;so its upto investgators to prove otherwise. He will probably tell a jury in any other cases it seems that others working for him didn't know anymore than investors.

What are Madoff's wife and the other family members culpability in this crime? There is no way Madoff pulled this off alone!

I really hope your kidding. Bernie committed a non violent white collar crime. He is no serial killer.
