Glad to hear this - but it should have been First Degree Murder. I don't believe for one minute that this beautiful lady with everything going for her and her whole life ahead of her went to Phil's house and decided to kill herself. Despite what the defense attorney said, it isn't that difficult to put a gun into someone's mouth and pull the trigger. I hope Mr. Spector dies in prison.

Phil spector was a telented man & produced music for the beatles on apple records. He also wrote hit songs & appeared on old tv shows like get smart & the monkees.Hes 69 yrs old & will die in prison.Second degree murder is 15-life & using a gun is 3 more yrs. Even with good behavor he will still do a min of 12 yrs.Good behavor is 4 months per yr.So he can be out of prison by age 83.I just cant see a lil guy like phil spector that has been rich & lived the very good life for LOTS of yrs surviving in prison for 12 yrs.

Only "heard" a rumour that Phil played a dangerous
game (BDSM) for years... Decides better not to say
anything else...

Prison is a good place for him. I don't care how influential he was on the music scene. I thought he was gonna get off, considering the past trial, the publicity, etc. He killed that woman and he can pay for it now.

What a relief. I thought for a while there he'd get off somehow. RIP Lana Clarkson.

Hopefully the prison barber will give him a decent hair cut.
