Actually MY taxes are being used tonight not yours since you live in West Virginia. I never said anything against welfare moms but if they're able to work they should be working. More should be done to help the poor elevate in my opinion.

This is getting off tangent, but I must ask what about self defense? It's either you or them, would you kill them or die with your conscience in tact?

I believe in the death penalty for the simple reason that some people deserve to die.

There, I said it.

Doesn't Kaine still have the option to grant clemency right up until the last minute?

Ooooh good question. Yes I would not question killing someone if it was self defense. I have to live first. Yes my conscience would be in tact. Self defense is different from the death penalty. It's actually state sanctioned first degree murder since this is a murder that is thought out and planned.

Terrance I have to ask you... BE HONEST! If this guy had taken the life of a family member of yours.. say your child, your brother, your father, your grandmother, your mother ect. would you feel differently about this subject?

Point taken. He's being killed at 9 tonight it's a done deal. Kaine would never pardon this guy. And yes if it was governor Terrence instead of Kaine he'd still be without a pardon. I realize how that last statement could be interpretted but I don't care. I'm complex what can I say? Just because I'm anti-death penalty doesn't translate into me saying that it's okay to kill I don't know how many people and paralyze an area of over 5 million with fear. As the OP said good riddance.
