Hi, I am wondering if there is anywhere in Tucson or near where it is slower than the rest of tucson? Tucson driving is too fast and stressful.

I'd suggest an active adult community in a quieter part of the area.

Saddlebrooke has very few cars on its streets because residents prefer to navigate the community in golf carts.

Or closer to the city, Sun City Vistoso. It's very quiet there and practically any kind of shopping you would need is easily accessible on North La Canada or North Oracle. Access to North Oracle from Rancho Vistoso Blvd. is north of the busy part of that street and takes you very close to where the new mall is at Oracle and Tangerine.

Over on the west side in Marana is another Del Webb community called Sunflower that's in the Continental Ranch community and I've been told they have some rentals there in addition to homes to buy. And in the Dove Mountain area there's a golf-centered community called Heritage Highlands. I'm sure there are plenty of others in different parts of Tucson.

I am thinking of buying in Continental Ranch Sunflower and renting it out with one year leases but I don't know how rentable the houses are in that community. Does anyone know?

Does anyone know if it would be easy to rent out, by the year, an unfurnished 1,296 SF house in Sunflower?
