'For the second quarter, Tucson’s overall median home prices fell to $150,200, a 13.7 percent decline compared to the same 2009 period. That was the second biggest drop in the nation.'

and

'The U.S. Postal Service estimates there are 25,000 homes in metro Tucson they haven’t delivered mail to for 90 days or more.'

What's crazy is that interest rates have a direct impact on housing prices...and they are unbelievably low. Imagine what will happen if the rates climb back up towards 7%.
