Okay, that probably didn't sound good, but I am in need of someone who can fix several things in my condo. Nothing big...changing the pantry door from opening on the left to the right, hanging some shelves in my son's bedroom closets, building shelves in the garage, replacing about 5 screens, spackling and painting some nail holes from my old window blinds, replacing a couple of patches of carpet where dummy me tried to clean them with bleach.........just little stuff. I looked in the Yellow Pages, but there's no way to figure out who's a good guy and who's not. Any ideas?

Better try to get some recommendations from a neighbor, Marcy. As spread out as Tucson is, this type of people like working closer to where they live themselves.

According to Angies List for the Tucson area -- here are a couple of reputable Handyman services: "Your Handyman" - 520-393-3993, and "Handyman Connection of Pima County" - 520-797-0800.
