The weather, the mountains, the sunsets, the laid back atmosphere, the friendly people (friendly compared to where I currently live) and to get out of Illinois.

The weather, the stress free life, the great home prices, the 2500 mile buffer zone from my family (HAHAHAHA). Wonderful place to be a Realtor and very much enjoyed selling to houses to a lot families. I wouldn't move to another place.

That's an easy one, sp31.

The near perfect weather and the super friendly, relaxed, "cowtown" atmosphere. Even after twelve plus years my only complaint is that I didn't relocate sooner.

Started snow-birding in 1993, and finally bought here in 2008 for the warm winters, sun, desert beauty, nice people, scenery, open spaces, huge sky, beautiful sunsets, and to get away from 9200 ft. altitude, winter from October to May and snow.

I need to be close to a VA HOSPITAL (not just a clinic) and a Military Base. Tucson is affordable and it affords the buffer zone from family cited before.

I lived in Tucson from 1967- 1982. Moved back east because of family and jobs...Always had my heart in Tucson and hopefully returning to retire there. Loved the outdoor life and recreation, weather and just great people...also love the desert fauna and flora.

Well since I was born and raised in the same city and lived my adult life in the same city I was born in, I wanted to change and live somewhere different, and I wanted to escape the horrible snow filled winters plus I wanted to just get away on my own to prove I could make it on my own, so I picked Tucson for the mild winters and because I had visited family here years ago and loved it then. And so far I'm happy with my decision and I'm glad I came here.
