I have a property on which I would like to build 13 rental homes. They will all be 3 Br/2Ba @ 1300-1600 SF and I need to hit a price point of @60-70/sf includig permits. Does anyone have a local builder that they suggest who can work with me on this project?

It looks like you didn't get any responses on this forum. I am looking for a builder myself and wondered if you have any ideas to share?

"Affordable homebuilders"? Sounds like an oxymoron to me!

Even though there are problems to be fixed, I still believe Pulte is the best compromise among the mass builders. At least they do fix them! The quality of the construction work is above average - perhaps even way above average. Pepper Viner is also good (they're almost on the custom building side), but you'd be the only one to know whether their prices are affordable to you or not.
