Does anyone have experience with a really GOOD malpractice law firm in Tucson? I want to discuss my potential case but need an honest opinion about what I should do - file a complaint with the state medical board, sue the doctor or drop it.

I'm not looking for ambulance chasers, just someone who will be honest with me and has a proven track record. Thanks.

You can file with the Medical board anytime you want to. Arizona Medical Board - Protecting The Public's Health
I don't think you are allowed to get business references here except by private message though for a lawyer.

I filed a complaint against a doctor for failure to maintain records properly. Every time I got an RX renewal out of the guy it was wrong, it had already been filled and then there were delays getting the insurance refunded and refilled correctly.
They put a letter in his jacket that anyone can review at the medical board.
And when I select a doctor I look to see how many complaints have been filed on the doctor.

Thanks, Ken. I'll definitely file a complaint but I'm also wondering if I have a malpractice case, as my radiologist totally screwed up. If anyone has experience with a malpractice firm, please PM me. Either way, I need to make a decision.
