She did it for her and us, she is not my congress-woman, but let her seat go, and did this for us all and she loves Tucson and AZ....May she come back and hope someone makes it worthy to walk in her shoes

I watched her announcement. It seems as though she still has some difficulty speaking, and that would be a hardship for someone in public office. I think she realizes that she needs to give herself more time to recouperate before jumping back into Congress. I think her resignation was probably one of the most difficult things she's done, but I know she did it so that she can come back in a few years, strong and healthy. I was kind of hoping Mark Kelly would take her seat, as Mary Bono did in CA after Sonny died, or like Jean Carnahan, the wife of the Missouri senator candidate did after he died. Since Gabby is my Congresswoman, I hope she will be back someday. Her courage is remarkable.

Even if she's never back in Congress, her commitment to public service is still there, and she will be back doing what she can to help her fellow Arizonans. To see her progress in her announcement even from that clip when she went back to the floor for that one vote is astounding. Continued best wishes to her.

I just hope we can find someone able to fill her shoes.

Having met her several times before she was shot it hurts to see her condition now.

Gabby's a class act. Now she wants to try for a baby; all I ask is she take care of herself though.

I was impressed with her as well as Jeff Flake at the SOTU. Moderator cut: snip

Best of luck to her, in whatever endeavor he pursues.
