I look at the CL ads and at some other resources, wondered if there are places I missed that might have opportunities. I have aged family here, looks like I might sit still for a while instead of traveling for work. Any suggestions welcomed.

There are opportunities around. I just saw a few advertised today... One was for a Principal Financial Analyst, one was for a Senior Radar Signal Processing Engineer, and another was for a Senior Accountant. I'm sure there are others around, too. Do you qualify for any of these positions?

As already alluded to, you're going to have to be more specific ... hiring for what? Burger flipper, or neurosurgeon? Something in between?

Anyway - I know that Raytheon is doing some contract hiring right now, so you might check that out. My field is software engineering, and that's all I know they are hiring for.

Hi yellowbelle, how can I reach you without putting my info up publicly? Could you please send me a direct message?

I agree that I've been vague in my original post. Sorry about that. I'm uncomfortable posting my resume publicly. Was wondering what companies might be expanding operations around the area.

GEICO is advertising morning, noon, and night for their call centers in the Tucson area.

Not a recommendation.

You might want to try the "Tucson Hiring/Help Wanted" group on Facebook. However, based on the PM you seem better suited to professional jobs, so I would suggest Indeed.com which compiles help wanted postings from multiple sites. Good luck!
