Thanks for posting! This sounded familiar; it appears to be what the city wrote in July 10 email. I can recommend the city's daily email newsletter; the web version is located at Latest NewsNet Headlines | Official website of the City of Tucson

STREETCAR CELEBRATES ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH FREE RIDES - Sun Link will celebrate its first anniversary on July 25 with free rides all day that Saturday, sponsored by Friends of the Tucson Streetcar, Tucson Medical Center and Tucson Electric Power. The KXCI Presents: Sun Link Summer in the City Concert Series also will hold a special concert on that day. Award-winning vocalist Crystal Stark will perform on a streetcar at 7 p.m., starting at the stop on Avenida del Convento and Congress (across from Mercado San Agustin). In addition, merchants along the route are planning events and specials to celebrate the anniversary. Sun Link opened to the public on July 25, 2014 and had an estimated 17,000 riders during its opening day and a total of 60,000 passengers over the first three days of service. Sun Link celebrated its millionth passenger boarding on May 21, 2015, ahead of projected ridership numbers. Since the launch of the streetcar, approximately 1.1 million passengers have enjoyed the ride.

Hi, Wilma. First you'll need to hit the QUOTE button inside the lower right-hand area of the poster you want to give a thumbs up to.

Then you'll see the smilies in a box to the right. Hit the blue smiley with the thumbs-up! Then either preview your post first, or just hit reply. Done!
