Sorry but your idea of traffic made me laugh. It's one of reasons Im leaving so cal. Thanks for the info on GV. I used to be a med assist so that might work. I'm also thinking of opening a store there maybe pet related

It all depends on what you do for a living. There are jobs in law enforcement to include Border Patrol, like jlawrence said there are medical jobs (we have a small hospital in Green Valley), Fire Dept, Ambulance, and some retail. There are also HVAC jobs and other service jobs like that, but I don't think the turnover is very high. I am sure if you check online, you can get a good idea of what is available here in Green Valley/Sahuarita.
