Budget Minded (Tucson: renting, homes, living)

Hello everyone. My wife and I are moving to the Tucson from the New England area in a few months and have found a few homes we are interested in renting. At this point we are trying to get our heads around what it will cost us on a monthly basis to maintain a 3/4 bedroom home with a small pool in an area within a 20 minute commute from downtown Tucson.

We are both in our early 50's and will be away from the home and working most days. She will be on a part time schedule. My question is what are the realistic regular expenses that we should expect for the following services for say a 2,500 soft home? We make a comfortable living and will manage the budget as needed, but I just would like to know what to expect.

Any info. you can provide days is greatly appreciated.
