Where is a good place to meet people in Tucson? I want to make some friends here. I've lived here for almost 2 years and only have 2 friends. I need some suggestions on where to make friends.

Thanks.

If you shoot pool, join a league at Clicks or Pockets. I met a lot of great people playing league last winter.

There is also a web site called "Nextdoor" When you join, there are people in your neighborhood on the site. I have met a few people that way.

I've found whenever I move to a new city to use MeetUp. Moving back to Tucson in a couple of months and have been looking on the running and hiking websites I frequent to see if anyone from Tucson is on there. Shot them a message that I need a tour guide for the trails when I arrive and already have plans with a few people.

I struck out with Meetup but my needs/desires/interests are very narrow and Meetup failed in this case. YMMV.
