As frequently happens, most of the action was on the east side of I-19, but we did get a little rain in Green Valley!

I have spoken to the Monsoon gods and asked them to send some your way. They say they are "getting around to it" ;-) I don't actually think these are monsoon thunderstorms yet, but I could be wrong. The storms I have been posting have been scattered and short lived. As you know, something is better than nothing, so we will be happy for what we get!!!

I love this! Thank you for the ride-along down La Canada - it was the next best thing to being there. The part right near the end of your video is spectacular with the sky lit up like fireworks. Beautiful!

The Green Valley News today said your monsoon season kicked off on Monday evening, and this certainly shows it. Thank you for posting this.

Amado evidently got a lot of rain yesterday, and they said the sign outside Amado Baptist Church reads: "Don't pray for rain and then complain about the mud."

Thanks wildflowers27!!! I appreciate your kind words! I see way too many cool things not to capture some of them to share! My neighbor told me there will be an article in the Wednesday Green Valley News about a couple of palm trees hit by lightning that caught fire and the Fire Department had to be called.

I agree with the sign in Amado! I am glad you enjoy these videos!!!
