I live near the Mall and my reception sucks. My calls are cut off and Voicemail is a mess. I have tried every company I can think of. It got worse with the hotels at the mall in the way.

You are best to talk to locals and find their experiences.
In Green Valley, reception on Verizon is excellent and AT&T is generally very acceptable except near the hospital. Sprint is at best, mediocre and T-Mobile is NON-EXISTENT.
In areas with mountains, you have to ask those living closest to you.
