Hi,
Will be renting in the Oro Valley/Catalina Foothills area for four months. What can I expect as far as utility and internet/TV monthly charges?

Thanks,

I just ordered cable and internet for my rental and it’s approximately $100 a month. 155 channels including premium movie channels like HBO and high speed Internet. The other utilities are included in the rent, so I can’t help you there. I thought it was pretty reasonable, compared to what it costs in Oregon.

Utilities are included in the rent? Wow, that's great. Including electricity? How much is your rent with the utilities? Who is your internet provider? Comcast?

Yes, including electric. It’s a short term rental, not an annual lease. I got internet and cable through Cox.

I am a cable cutter, I have ATT NOW internet TV(formally direct tv now). I pay $65 a month for plenty of TV channels and I pay $55 for internet, so I guess $115 a month

Thanks to all.

Anybody have some approximates on water, electricity, trash, etc.? Just trying to get a rough idea of potential expenses. Talking about a small 2 BR for four winter months. I know it will vary one area to another but just need a range.

Do you know if the place has electric heat? That makes quite a difference.
