Does anyone know any good Neurosurgeon/Spine surgeon? I have herniated disk(L4-L5,L5-S1) for a few years and I had Microdiscectomy early last year but it failed/reherniated. Pain is way worse than before surgery now. Trying to to a second opinion. Thanks!

have you looked at the healthgrades web site ? You can limit your search to an orthopedic surgeon in Tucson, then sort by highest rating. Be sure to read the reviews, good and bad.

My wife is going to have a Spinal Nuclear test tomorrow at the Spine and Sport Institute on River Road. She was a ballerina for 15 years and her L area is in terrible position.
Her Spine Doctor is Sergeo Rivero and he is a teacher of Spinal Surgery at the University of Arizona Medical School.
Her Cardiologist is Dr.Arthur Menezes who is a young genius for Pima Heart, My Cardiologist is Dr. Jerald Winter at Pima Heart.

I had a Total hip replacement last April 15th and my wonderful surgeon was Dr. John Wilde the Elder at Tucson Orthopedic. My son is the Chief Medical Coordinator for a MLB team and he chose our Doctors.
