Clark County has voted for the Democratic candidate in 6 out of 6 of the last presidential elections, including 2020. Washoe County (Reno) has voted Democratic since 2008. The rest of the state is quite Republican. In that sense it mirrors AZ, which is increasingly blue in the urban areas and remains red in the rural areas.

That’s us, too, except a blue truck, and we stop for Rudy’s and cheap diesel. D

Change is inevitable. People are afraid of it when it's the one constant in life.

And, unfortunately....lots of "showiness", lack of concern for the norms of the greater established community and a nice, tall dose of MEism to boot!

You’ve summed up the last four years brilliantly.

I am 100% born in raised here in Tucson, 100% conservative, and 100% Hispanic. You are making assumptions about people and their ethnicity, solely based on their political affiliation and conservatism. Not everyone who loves this country, loves to fly the American flag, supports our law enforcement and military, and respects the constitution is white.

Pay society back? Please.....I was given nothing, grew up poor near the Rodeo grounds, worked my way through college, earned two degrees, and worked for a fortune 500 company. I encountered racisms, several times in my life, so what. It didn't define me, nor did it impact my life.

Who are the ones putting people in racial boxes? its not conservatives....

Yet, AZ is turning more and more purple. Who would've guessed it?

Whole family just moved here from Texas and we are all left of center Independents. We were happy to vote D all the way down the ballot this year in Arizona to great success. Trying to pin some cultural change here in AZ on Californians is just scape goating. Don't like where things are going? Get involved in politics and do something about it....or move.
