I have a group of business owner friends who have sued the county/city regarding the curfew. The AZ superior court has agreed with them, and will institute a temporary injunction to lift this stupid curfew. In effect now!!

So proud of these warriors for standing up to this nonsense!

Press release will be coming soon.

I don't go out after dinner for the most part. But glad to see these places can stay open in order for me to continue patronizing them during the afternoon or weekend.

I agree with this post as the curfew did not really affect me. But I am glad to see people standing up for their rights, and WINNING!!! I may not be a night owl, but other people are, and they deserve to be free to do what they want to do when they want to do it!!!
