It was absolutely breath-taking, rain coming down in sheets along with hail, and it went on for a couple of hours. The Wash near my house was rushing with a nice waterfall. All my plants are clapping their hands for the much-needed electrolytes.

Not sure if the rest of the valley got any rain.

Down here in Green Valley we got .37 inches at my house. There was thunder and lightning in the area, but it was mainly a welcome and no drama event!

We live in a big valley, lots of rain somewhere, and none or little elsewhere. I experienced the same thing in Las Vegas. The main thing is replenishing our aquifers, so it doesn't matter where it rains, just so it rains.
