I am wondering if anyone can tell me where I might be able to buy a side of beef from a local farm/ranch. Or maybe point me in the direction of a good butcher shop here in town if there is such a thing. I have lived here 7 years and have not heard of one
. Back east we had them all over. Thanks.

You might also try Dickman's Meat & Deli. Been a long time since I was in one but I want to say you could get a LOT of meat there.

beef? what is that? I come from IL where the beef is the best. Nothing here compares to it. How about ravioli from Mona's with sausage inside of it? All there is is cheese, more cheese, and 5 cheese. How about pizza? I got a cheese and sausage pizza here and when I got it home I thought I got the wrong pizza--WRONG--it was pressed flat sausage--I thought it was spoiled pepperoni. Good luck, and if you find some, PM me and let me know. Another thing--RUMP roasts? You are lucky to find one here and then they are so tough the dog can't chew it.
