There is still a significant chunk of Marana in the proposed floodplain but I've heard that will be mitigated by barriers and whatnot the same as Continental Ranch was taken out of the floodplain years ago.

Yep for 200k you could get a nice 3.3 acre parcel out on Silverbell/Sunset area! There are some very nice custom homes going up out there actually.

Looking to downscale my lifestyle, simpler job etc.
