Well I am ready to leave this cold weather and enjoy some sunshine. Will be leaving Wendnesday 6:00am stoping in McKinney tx Thursday to visit my daughter for a few days and leave Monday to be in Benson AZ Tuesday evening. I'm as ready as I will ever be. Maybe some of us can get together for lunch or something sometime.

Cheers, Joe

Benson has a Wal-mart, Goodwill, Safeway (Von's Pavillions) and Ace Hardware. Lots of fast food joints for the I-10 traffic, and I hear they are getting an Arby's? Anyway, a quick trip to Sierra Vista or Tucson for the longer term stuff. Unfortunately not much there in the way of jobs or entertainment, but most people know that before moving there. I have a house listing in St. David and another in Mescal and they are both just sitting there dirt cheap with no movement because there just aren't that many people looking to move there. Welcome to the area though Joe!
Thanks for the info. What are your houses you have listed and price. Kind of terms available? Where I am going might just be temporary will be looking for something sooner or later just depends on what comes up.

Looks like we're on the final countdown here too. Probably heading out in the motor home Saturday or Sunday.

Was able to meet Ken and his wife while I was in town and they are now permanently in town!! Had a great time, finally nice to put a face with a user name. Unfortunately now I am back in Michigan, but I hope you enjoyed the snow Ken!

Thanks again for dinner and next time I am in town it will be on me!

Sounds like a plan. Nice to meet you too.
Snow was gone here in Benson by late morning. Pretty easy to deal with really. Never even stuck to the roads. It was pretty though.
