We're thinking of buying one of the refurbished condos at Boulder Canyon. Has anyone had any experience with this complex - maybe purchased one? Any comments would be appreciated.

Default Boulder Canyon

I have not had any personal dealing with them myself, but it's a very nice area in La Reserve. Here is the weblink for Boulders (http://www.bouldercanyoncondos.com/home.html - broken link). Great Pusch Ridge views, lots of shopping nearby with a new shops and restaurants coming to the Oro Valley Marketplace. Good luck!

are they still trying to sell the redone condos?....I mean is the original seller that converted them from apartments still trying to unload these?....I did look at these in late 2006 and they'd been for sale as condo conversions for a little bit even then.....

should be some haggling room now or strong incentives....

that said, the location was very pleasant and the place had an overall nice feel....check for resales in addition to any developer offerings.....check your comps for recent sale prices in the complex....any coming up for auction or are there any foreclosures for sale?.....
