How much are rents there? I cannot find it on any map. Is this area developed or not?

I can't comment on rents, but drove through that area in January looking for property. There is some new development going on on the south side of the highway down to about the point of the Ryan Field - after that it's pretty much undeveloped. Three Points (the next "town") is little more than fork in the road with with a general store/gas station, a restaurant (not sure if it was even open) an elementary school and an small cluster of houses and mobiles.

Pretty empty out there. Very nice views though.

I just got a job down at Ryan Field also and was wondering myself... looks like we'll be searching in Tucson, lol.

If you find some nice housing areas let me know

Well, we looked out in the Three Points area - just beyond Ryan Field. There is not a whole lot out there - and what there is is often not that nice. Some of the areas of Diamond Bell Ranch have pretty nice homes but much of it is still not that developed - and with a somewhat "iffy" reputation. The views are very nice indeed from almost anywhere in the area, but it's really lacking shopping, medical facilities etc. You could easily drive right through Three Points and not even know it.
