Somebody please tell me!

If I recall correctly, last summer was great and there were no ponies around...; this year there are ponies around and the summer is non-existing!

I say let's make the ponies into sausages! Who's with me?

If there were really summer, I'd say his brain was overheated, but there isn't. Perhaps having your brain drenched has the same effect.

According to wikipedia, horse meat is pretty popular in some areas of the world.

I also see:
"Horse-sausage is a well known local specialty in Lokeren with European recognition."
