Do you like clear or red menudo? It seem's like Tuscon is the only place I see that people prefer the clear type. I, myself like the red, because the smell is so good. In the midwest, nobody, has ever even heard of clear menudo. To each his own I guess. Your thought's??

I prefer CLEAR... without red meat or red sauce.

Actually, Albondigas is much better!

Does menudo have intestines in it? I'm thinking yes. I've never had the stuff. Don't know why, just never did.
