Wow, people, I'm sure our OP now has a very clear picture of why she DOESN'T want to relocate to anywhere in Arizona.
To answer the question posed: Pima County is an area in Southern Arizona the size of the state of Connecticut. The City of Tucson is the county seat. The entire county, including Tucson and its surrounding suburbs, has a population of about a million people but as you now know, those people and their homes are spread over a huge area.
If you want someone to recommend a place for you to live, you need to be much more specific about who you are and what you're looking for in a home, as there is much variety in this area: university neighborhood, historic downtown, neighborhoods populated mostly by people of Mexican heritage, wealthy suburbs, middle-income suburbs, towns near military installations, homes built in desert areas, horse properties, mountain homes including multimillion dollar ones with fabulous views, mobile home parks, senior citizen complexes for every income level, and extensive tribal lands, among other possibilities.
