While driving around this year, I've noticed that most of the saguaros seem to be blooming red. I don't remember seeing any red ones last year... they were white. Am I missing something here?

The fruit is red, perhaps that is what you are seeing?

Had to stop in. I was thinking the question had to do with the educational level of cactus, in this case stupid cactus.

Must be the fruit that I'm seeing... as I said, it's just been while I'm driving around and I haven't stopped to get a close look.

I'm not sure of the intelligence of cacti... just thought the question was probably a stupid one.
