Property taxes in Tucson area towns

Illinois is in first place for pocketing tax money. If you are from Illinois you should know that. What state leads with the most Governors in prison for this? Or for that matter, the most politicians in prison for this?

Remember Paul Powell? He had roughly $800,000 in cash found stashed in his house two days after he died. He made about $30,000 a year in salary but showed an income of $200,000 on his tax return and had an estate valued at $3.2 million when he died. Where do you think it all came from?

I don't doubt that there is the same kind of thing going on in Tucson. It seems to be going on everywhere.
