Spot is right. The Tucson City Council is a disgrace. Wake up! Quit electing these people. Sweep these goons to the curb like Bummer said.
Another example of how they operate. Remember Tucson Electric Park? The first consultants hired told "The Council," this could not make money, let alone break even, and that the park could not be funded in the ways they proposed and it would require heavy taxation to sustain. The response from our glorified leaders...hire another consulting firm to give them "the right answer."
