OK, I realize green chilis might be a New Mexican thing more than a local one, but of those among you who like em, where do you go? I've made a couple of trips to Poco & Mom's on my trip here, and was knocked out by theirs. Where else? Just came back from 2 days in N.M. and had nothing really first-rate in that line, unfortunately.

Hatch, NM is the chile capital of the world. In the fall, their roasters are going all the time, and it's amazing! Colorado has a lot of good green chiles, too, but NM gets my vote.

Poco and Mom's is the absolute best in Tucson for green chile dishes. Hopefully you were knocked out in a positive way by their food and not literally.

There are no other places that I know of in Tucson that serve green chile in the same way.

There's a lot of frozen stuff as Safeway that is from Hatch, but it's not the same.

Where is Poco and Mom's? I want to go, and write a no-bias review here.

Forget NM, there are a ton of AZ green chilies that taste great, like the Sonoran desert, which tastes best. Hatch chilies are good, but not really something to base a cuisine after. New Mexicans make enchiladas and burritos and try to act like they're the only ones in the Southwest that eat that stuff.
