Just got back from a quick trip and wanted to say how much I loved Tulsa! I see why our kids are so happy there! Being from Missouri originally, it felt like home watching the trees turn. Spent the day driving through neighborhoods and shopping. I sat on a bench a Utica Square with my coffee, just letting the leaves fall around me and watched the squirrels play. I sure miss four seasons!!
It was re-freshing to actually hear English spoken all around me, too. We are now in San Antonio, where I have grown used to Spanish being the "norm", but that's for another discussion. I did not see any litter or graffiti, which is all over down here.
My only complaint is the potholes and the narrow-laned streets, but in all fairness, many of them are being repaired.
Really had a great time!!

I know what you're talkin' about. I've been to SA a few times on business. The Riverwalk area is nice. It certainly wouldn't be the end of the world but I agree that Tulsa is much better. It's greener and seems to have much variety of things to do.
