To the other replies that actually answered the question, thanks guys. I know that most people who deer hunt probably dont live in the central park condominiums haha. I just graduated from college and got recruited to work in downtown tulsa. So I was just trying to get a feel for the outdoors situation around the area as I want to live as close to work as possible. It looks like you guys have some nice lakes up there from the little research I did though. How is keystone lake?

Bill236c didn't mean to offend , it's just that he and I have so
many (deer friends) and pets in and around (Center Park Tulsa) and
there are even rumors that some of Santa Claus Reindeers vacations
in that area also , so try and not let what he said be in any
way misunderstood....Welcome To Tulsa OK dk00021....LOL

Deer sausage and deer jerky. Mmmm, good.

We have friends that say we hunt deer, but we don't shoot the ones that come visit us in our yard. I feel the same way. We have three or four that visit our yard regularly.

My quick .02 cents as I'm running out the door.

1. Stick to apartments east of the 244 and south of the 51.
2. If you're a hunter (as I am), checkout okshooters.com. We're a great community of OK hunters. LOTS of info about leases. We also have tons of public land (like 600 million acres of something) to hunt here. Great hunting in these parts, and for the most part, you wont have to drive more than 1.5 hours. PM me if you want more hunting info....I know its a touchy subject on some of these boards...lotta Bambi fans

Don't know about Babbi fans here in Oklahoma. The deer have become somewhat of a pest in these parts. Or at least for people in and around McIntosh County. They eat of all our gardens and strip the bark off of fruit trees and infest the area with ticks. Not to mention the danger they pose for traffic on the rural highways. My parents made some raised flower gardens and the deer thought it was so thoughtful of my folks to make them a salad bar....they thought it was absolutely delicious!
