Bed and Breakfast for Vets

In the second year of the program, B&Bs for Vets has organized over 800 participating Bed and Breakfasts and Inns across the US and Canada will be offering veterans a free night’s stay on November 10th, the night before Veterans Day. This offer is available to both active duty military members and veterans with ID, but space is limited. Each Inn and B&B has at least one room available for this promotion and reservations must be made directly through the participating Inns and B&Bs. For more information visit B&Bs for Vets.

American Veterans have shown the highest form of valor, stepping forward and committing themselves to preserving America's freedom and protecting the liberties of others, in order to make the world a safer place to live. These brave men and women have set a standard of courage and idealism for the entire world, while earning the respect and admiration of a grateful nation.

We, the beneficiaries of the tremendous courage and incredible sacrifices made by those countless men and women who have defended our freedoms, in order to preserve and sustain America's cherished way of life, owe respect and a debt to veterans that we can never fully repay.

The price of freedom is most visible in areas such as the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers.

WOW what a list and I for one think it is great that these corporations and businesses are giving discounts, free meals etc to our vets. That is the least this country can do to thank all vets for their service and for helping to protect all of the freedoms we so enjoy. Were it not for their service none of those businesses or corporations would exist.

Default Arby's military discount policy

Dear Matt,

Thank you for contacting us about your recent visit to Arby’s. I apologize that the confusion over our Military discount. The employee there was mistaken; while we honor members of the armed forces on Veteran’s Day and other related occasions, we do not have a standing discount for Military personnel. The District Manager and Regional Director of Operations of this location have been notified, and the appropriate training will ensue.

We appreciate your feedback. Again, please accept our apology, and we hope you will continue “thinking Arby’s.”

Sincerely,
