I really think Oakland can beat Texas. They beat Tennessee when they were hot, lost to Michigan State by 1 and have 25 wins on the season.

The city is hoping Kansas at least wins its first game. Lots of KU fans already live in Tulsa and Lawrence/Kansas City are less than 4 hours away.

#16 seed has never beaten a #1 seed so they'll get their wish. Lots of Texas alumni in this city as well.
