i grew up in Chelsea Ok, and one time had to deliver a title to a man who bought a car from my father. he lived in that house. Call the Chelsea Reporter and ask about the story the ran on it a few years back. it was something to the tune of many generations of a family living in the house for decades from when it was built.

the Gilcrease area of Tulsa has a lot of streets like that too.

I also think there might be a second home in Chelsea that was a kit house. once when my parents were house hunting they looked at the one im thinking of. it had major issues tho, like one bedroom had a bow so severe it was 1.5 ft deep on the second floor.

If you google Sears houses in Tulsa Oklahoma you can see most of what we have found so far. Do a web or image search either one and several will pop up. And the Chelsea house, the Saratoga, stayed in the family until the only daughter passed away. She had no children. Her parents built it before she was born and passed it on to their only daughter. She lived in it but never had any children.
