I saw where Swan Lake (15th to 21st, Peoria to Utica) was named a Top 10 neighborhood in the U.S. by the American Planning Association for walkability, natural and man-made beauty, proximity to retail and restaurants, and the local farmers market on 15th. It's a great area next to Cherry Street and Utica Square, and a mile from Brookside, downtown and the river. Lots of different houses and apartments ranging from $500,000 homes to $500 month 1 bd apts in 1920's brick buildings.
