We always just called it the "Cave House."

At one time it was a restaurant. Since then, a private home owned by a series of residents.

The entrance to the actual cave (accessed from inside the house) was walled off decades ago.

I saw the current owners of it on some "Extreme Homes" type show 2 or 3 years ago. They weren't living in it, and hadn't done much with it really. They weren't sure which way to go with their plans for the property. That show was the first time I ever saw inside of it.

The Flintstones House current ownership is rumored to be tearing down the " concrete barriers sometime in the future " which are keeping people from all of the " caves and underground rooms " located behind the house.

I just got an update on the Flintstone House. It seems it has been closed down for a few days, someone place an oversized order of tyrannosaurus ribs on the side of the owner's car and it tipped over. They hope to have the car back on its wheels when the neighbors boy comes home from collage.
