Hi all

I'm 20 and will be graduating RN school in May. I'm from Muskogee but going to relocate to Tulsa upon graduation. I'm hoping for some [current] suggestions of apartments for a single guy, preferably in either south Tulsa or midtown. I could pay up to $700/month in rent but would prefer not to exceed that. Looking for a 1bed/1bath but truthfully, this will be my first apartment and not too sure what exactly I want, so I'm looking for suggestions from people who have BTDT.

PS: I have combed through some threads that are several years old, but would like some fresh insight.

The two times we rented in Tulsa (before buying a home here), we enjoyed Country Hollow on 81st and Yale. Every complex can have its drama, but this was a pretty nice complex for a reasonable price... at least it was when we were renting. Yelp is a good resource if you find a place that catches your eye and want to know what others think.

Hi! If you haven't found a place yet...you should call ASC Development & Management Co. They are truly Tulsa's best kept secret when it comes to property management companies and have apartments all over Tulsa, Sapulpa and Claremore.
