Oklahoma City is America's 9TH Strongest Job Market , however Tulsa Oklahoma did not make the U.S top 50 list for strong employment centers..

It's a ranking of the 50 largest metros. Tulsa is the 55th largest metro. Please read before posting.

I wouldn't necessarily take the ranking to heart. The data is a year old and taken from September 2014.

Many of the cities not on the list are doing just fine. I suspect Tulsa is one of them.

Right you are I thought that Tulsa Oklahoma was a top 50 Metro , but that's what I get for Thoughting ......lol....Please Forgive Me....

Tulsa OK will always do just fine , but it will never lead the nation and blow the doors off of other cities. I also tend to look at other cities CSA instead of MSA as a way of looking at them up close and side by side..

OKC cracking the top 10 was something to crow about because at #9 OKC was jumping to the head of the pack and blowing some doors off of other USA cities......I'm Just Saying.....

47TH CSA in the Country OKC growth rate 3.39% very good
57TH Tulsa CSA and Tulsa growth rate a mere 1.47% not really that good
321TH Lawton OK Oklahoma Third Largest CSA has a growth rate 1.73%
