Been watching a very interesting YT channel where a guy goes around to many different malls all over showing just how bad they are with very few to no stores left let alone customers or people:

Really interesting, yet Woodland Hills has managed to thrive quite nicely. Why is that? BTW, never realized how ugly some malls are lol. Woodland Hills looks pretty good actually.

It's surely location, location, location. And Woodland Hills doesn't have much competition from other malls, like Promenade, which has been going downhill.

Agreed, the stores are different at Tulsa Hills and Utica Square. What else is there in Tulsa if you want a Dillards, JCP, or Macys along with some of the other typical mall stores? Thank goodness it is hanging in there.

Jenks has started putting down the roadwork for the outlet mall that is supposed to be built in 2021. They have put in these little mini one lane traffic circles/roundabouts. If that going to be the road configuration I predict traffic jams.

I live right down the road from the new jenks outlet mall. Not that excited over fighting my way thru traffic to and from my house on the weekends. Woodland hills mall just thrives. I think I read they are getting a H&M store this year also. Might have got the name wrong on that but it's youth clothing store.
